Profile:
Troy has been actively involved in many sports, not great at any but will have a go at anything so the concept of the Adventurers fits nicely with his have a go attitude.
During the week Troy is the Managing Director at Scope Systems leading a great team of people that provide ERP Software to the Mining industry in Australia, Africa and Asia.
Previously Troy was Managing Director for TransAlta Energy (Australia) and prior to that Troy had an international career working in Europe and North America for a Swiss based engineering firm.
Troy lives with his Partner Helen who is a professional photographer and their two borders collies.
Reason for becoming an Telethon Adventurer:
When Scott introduced me to the Adventurers I knew that these guys will make a difference as the commitment to the raising awareness and finding a cure is exceptional, secondly the fact that virtually all money raised goes to the cause is very impressive and lastly they have an extraordinary network of ambassadors, patrons and supporters.

- Winning the 2004 Fydler Cup at the Bonville Resort NSW
